Hadley was born to an overly religious couple, in the kingdom surrounding the castle of Limora's royal family. As a boy, he was forced to go study at the temples instead of going to regular school, and was always picked on by other towns children. As a teenager and into his early twenties, girls constantly took advantage of him, getting him to do their work around the temples. His bad social experiences have left him very skittish and cautious to ever do anything exciting. Hadley's recently been given the job of assistant to the young princess of Limora, Davita Asburn. He'll soon have to do more than keep up with Davita.
